Pray for a U.S. pastor in Taiwan who has had a serious virus attack for 3 weeks, experiencing tremendous pain in his right leg from hip to thigh. “It feels like it is rotting on the inside.”

I come to you humbled and broken. My wife and I have been married 5 years. We met at church and dated for several years before we got married. Soon after we married, I lost focus on the Lord and I began to view her through the eyes of the world rather than the eyes of Jesus. She stayed steadfast in trying to keep things going, but it was to much for her and she became emotionally, physically and spiritually drained. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to work on our marriage but I was living a life of self-centeredness, insecurity and immaturity. In January she filed for divorce. At first I was going to go along with it thinking there was no hope. Then the Lord grabbed a hold of me and since then I have been seeking God in reconciling my relationship with Him and seeking reconciliation with my wife. My prayer is more time and truth. A temporary court date was scheduled for June 30 but was postponed to Aug 5. Praise God! God has awakened me and pulled me from the pit and is transforming me. However she sees it as another emotional and spiritual roller coaster. She does not want to fix the marriage at this point and says its too late. She has turned to worldly and secular views and has surrounded herself with ungodly friendships and relationships. She is filling the void with pleausres of the world and masking the bitterness, anger, hurt and heartache with self will and desires. She has been blinded and sidetracked with this new found freedom. Please pray that the Holy Spirit will consume my wife and bring forth a conviction and break the strongholds that keep her from the TRUTH and that it will lead to a healing and restoration of her heart and eventually to our marriage and family. Please pray for our son, that the Holy Spirit will fill him with love and security and break the yoke of confusion, stress and heartache. And please pray for me that I will continue seeking the Lord for strength, wisdom and guidance. Thank you!

Touch my husband’s heart and give him the desire to return to our home. Thank you, Lord, for the work you are planning for our family. Please pray for a young boy who is in Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles, with fever and vomiting for the past few days.  He has ongoing medical problems, but NOTHING GOD CAN’T HEAL!

Please pray for our autistic son and our family as we change his meds and continue on loving him. We are honored to be his parents and grateful for the gift of him. It has been a long, frightening, exhausting and costly road, but we are committed, we just need much prayer. Please include especially the emotional healing of his younger brother who has suffered much along the way!   Thank  you so much.
